Luc L’Ecuyer brings to Caliche a demonstrated history as a project manager and mechanical engineer in midstream oil and gas. His experience includes detailed design of underground storage facilities, process design, state and national code compliance, construction management, and project controls. He most recently managed projects at WSP USA (formerly PB Energy Storage Services) on the development of Salt Cavern Facilities around the U.S. Prior to that, he worked with WSP as a project engineer responsible for design of solution mining facilities, construction, and operations support.
In his role at Caliche, Luc provides leadership on contractual obligations and interpretation, and defines milestones and devises methods to accomplish them in adherence to Federal Regulations and company standards. Luc is also responsible for overseeing the technical design of growth projects, as well as generally optimizing the complex processes and systems of existing assets to minimize waste or inefficiency.
Luc is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing and Mechanical (an ABET accredited program) and served as a staff officer for the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and a CAPM certificate holder from the Project Management Institute.
