Ron has 35 years of experience in oil and gas specializing in the midstream business. He spent two decades with Koch Industries, advancing to Vice President, during which he gained an incomparable understanding of the NGL and olefins value chain, market participants and infrastructure. There he led the development of a successful trading business in the gas liquids and olefins space, first in North America and eventually, around the globe. Prior to Koch, Ron had various leadership positions in marketing and business development at Sun E&P, Warren Petroleum and NGC/Dynegy, all of which involved managing asset profitability and market positioning.
Ron is responsible for Caliche’s commercial success and making sure all functions are aligned with the company’s strategic commercial objectives. He brings a full career of asset management, market trading and leadership to the team, and at this point in his career, is excited about leveraging those skills into entrepreneurial endeavors by helping Caliche create value with innovative solutions for its customers and counter parties.
Ron has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Amber University focused on international commerce.
