Taylor joined Caliche from BofA Securities in May 2023. At BofA Securities, he worked in the Natural Resources and Energy Transition Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raises in midstream and energy transition verticals. Prior to BofA Securities, Taylor worked as an independent consultant supporting the Caliche team on several strategic initiatives, including the sale of Coastal Caverns storage complex to Energy Transfer (NYSE:ET) and the acquisition of subsurface storage assets from Southern Company (NYSE:SO). Taylor began his career at HSBC Securities and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where he focused on cross-border M&A and corporate finance advisory.

Taylor received his B.A. in Economics with High Honors and Departmental Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He currently serves on the University’s advisory committee for the Department of Economics.
